My area of specialization is psychiatric and mental health nursing. I have worked with my seminar students on various research projects focusing on mental health and health behaviors from a life-course perspective. My research aims to improve well-being across all age groups, with a particular focus on family support in mental health and social welfare, addictive behaviors among youth, and physical activity for health maintenance in older adults.
